Boundary Thinking - Part II

What's the boundary of a city. Generally thinking, It is define by a line on map. However, nobody really know where the line is. In most people's mind, the boundary of a city is the boundary of the area that they lived, traveled or recognized.
P.S. The black lines in first pic comes from The Geotaggers' World Atlas by Eric Fischer, which mean's in that location there are photos from Flickr and Picasa.
